Tandoori Masala Seasoning
Spicy Lady’s Tandoori Masala is one of the most delicious seasonings I make. If you love East Indian food, you won’t get enough of this blend. With its combination of turmeric, fenugreek, cumin, and coriander, this seasoning is simply scrumptious. It is especially tasty on chicken, fish, or lamb. Sprinkle about 1 Tbsp. onto a meat of choice, add some sea salt, Spicy Lady Black Peppercorn (ground), Spicy Lady Garlic, Spicy Lady Onion, Spicy Lady Rosemary Basil Oregano Olive Oil, butter, and brown. Add 3/4 cup broth of choice, 1 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup whipping cream, and simmer in a covered pan for about 30 minutes on medium to low heat. Pour over basmati rice and serve with garlic naan or another bread of choice. Mmmm!
